Lovely to see you smile. My Mr 20 month old was watching too and he smiled back – did you catch it? Enjoy Paradise lovely lady. xx

Awesomeness to see you smile sweetpea. It's amazing what 'big kid' beds can do to kid's bedtime motivation ;)

Love Sophie xxx

Sounds like paradise is the perfect tonic – you sound and look great – hope you are also feeling that way too. Now go get stuck into that garden :-)

Trish April 9, 2011 at 9:57 pm

So lovely to see a smile on your gorgeous face Lori. It would seem "Paradise" is the perfect place for you all to be right now.

You look lovely. Can't wait to see the garden. And get me a pic of those Roos! And maybe I can get you a pic of a moose or a beaver or something. (from Canada, eh?)

I'm an irresponsible reader and don't comment nearly as much as I read (sorry) so I wanted to tell you how awesome it was to see your beautiful face. Thanks for vlogging, and your new home sounds lovely.

Steph(anie) April 9, 2011 at 1:01 am

So good to hear your voice. I do love a tin roof and a veranda. Good luck with the Chop's bed.

Thanks for the usual commentary at the end, I have missed your vlogs so much!!! It's nice to see YOU again, it felt like old times. :)

Danielle April 8, 2011 at 10:02 pm

wow! your little paradise looks great!
Have a wonderful day doing your garden up tomorrow hun . Lucky that you are so close to the beach!
Enjoy and chop slept through your vlog as well lol…

So glad we got to meet up even if it was for like 5 mins and a quick hugs :-)
Love your sweet smile Lori xxxxxxx

Ms Styling You April 8, 2011 at 10:00 pm

Love the idea of a verandah out the back and the front and the beach 8 mins away. The beach is 10 minute walk from me and keeps me grounded knowing the water is just there. x

Sounds and looks lovely. I hope Paradise is good to you and your kids. I'm looking for my own slice of paradise right now, but can't seem to find it. Now I have you as my inspiration…. I got chills down my spine watching you just then, it was like watching me, a future me…. Thank you, Lori…

Hi Lori – lovely to see you in the flesh (so to speak) again, hope Chop soon settles into his big boy bed when it arrives. It might be small, but don't we all want a small slice of paradise? xxx

Miss Pink April 8, 2011 at 1:34 pm

I love it! A 4 bedroom cottage? With a tin roof?
And i am wondering, do you have some gum tree's and plum tree's to go with your verandahs, tin roof and kangaroo's? Don't forget to get the rocking chair happening! :P

Megan Blandford April 8, 2011 at 1:24 pm

Love it :)

Squiggly Rainbow April 8, 2011 at 1:23 pm

Hi Lori

It was so lovely to 'meet' you! You are sweet! hehe, Paradise (is it really called that) seems oh so lovely – a gift for you! I am so glad to hear that there are little joys popping up for you and your babes.

We are in a little cottage in the hills with lots of trees, my spot of paradise!

Your post on newborn babes – wow. My youngest is now almost 6, oldest 11 – I remember those days and it was so hard. My middle had special needs – oh so hard. They seem so old now!

Love Rach x

Being Me April 8, 2011 at 1:16 pm

Paradise sounds deeply satisfying, Lori!

That's one of my most favourite DC songs too xxx

Rebecca April 8, 2011 at 10:38 pm

You are looking really well.
Your little cottage sounds great, I live in a little cottage too – it feels like my own paradise away from the rest of the work.

Take care- you are doing great!
Bec x
